What motivated you to join La Costa Properties and specialise in luxury real estate in Monaco?
I joined La Costa Properties Monaco in 2021 primarily for family reasons. I became familiar with the Monegasque real estate market during the 8 years I worked as a wealth manager for a local banking institution. I was involved in numerous property financing projects in and around Monaco. I had the chance to see unique properties and meet unique clients. I knew that by moving into real estate and property advisory, I would stay connected to both these properties and clients.

It also hosts top-tier international sporting events. All these elements underscore the Principality’s desire to live up to its reputation and prestige.

Monaco is unique and will remain so. First, because of its lifestyle. Nestled between the Italian border and Nice, its geographical location is exceptional and unrivalled. It is the most beautiful place in the world. The new construction and expansion projects only strengthen the interest and appeal of luxury investors. The uniqueness of its properties, including duplexes, triplexes, penthouses and villas, and their corresponding values make Monaco a one-of-a-kind location for luxury real estate investment.
